Essence- Mind·Body·Qi Alignment 

60–90 minutes of focused Chinese Energetic Medicine (Medical Qigong) with Heather Harmony. You’ll receive table-based energy work and tailored practices (simple Qigong exercises, breathing, and integration steps) to continue your transformation at home.
